Holly, a shareholder in the firm, defends professionals, employers and businesses in various matters including, commercial litigation, employment law, professional liability, information privacy and data security, admiralty and maritime law, insurance defense and insurance coverage matters. She advises clients on the preparation and implementation of corporate policies and procedures to identify and manage risk and assists clients in responding to various types of incidents through coordination of experts, industry-specific consultants and insurance professionals in preparation for litigation, administrative or regulatory proceedings from the event through resolution.
