Weinheimer, Haber & Coco, P.C. Attorneys - Bethann R. Lloyd
Bethann, a shareholder in the firm, defends individual lawyers and law firms against professional liability actions, including alleged legal malpractice, wrongful use of civil proceedings, ethics & fiduciary violations and civil rights violations. She also defends other professional liability actions, employment discrimination claims and insurance defense claims in a variety of contexts, inclusive of a focus on the defense of Pennsylvania housing authorities. Bethann frequently lectures for the Pennsylvania Bar Association, the Allegheny County Bar Association, and other organizations in the area of risk management, ethics and avoiding legal malpractice.
