Amy, a shareholder in the firm, focuses her practice on representing lawyers, judges and law students; including in civil litigation matters, ethics and professional responsibility representation and counseling, practice before the disciplinary board, board of law examiners, and the client security fund; law firm organization and structure including employment matters related to lawyers; and risk management and law practice management counseling. She also defends product liability cases, including toxic torts, and personal injury and property damage lawsuits. Amy frequently lectures for the Pennsylvania Bar Association, the Allegheny County Bar Association and other organizations in the area of risk management, ethics and avoiding legal malpractice.
